Grad Students Win EPA’s P3 Competition Award

Congratulations to Peng Shang (PhD student) and Zachary Stephens (undergraduate student) for being part of a winning team receiving the EPA’s P3 (People, Prosperity and the Planet) competition award. They will receive $15k working on a project improving rural water quality, and in April, 2017, they will travel to DC presenting their findings at the National Sustainable Design Expo to compete for the P3 Phase II award. Both Shang and Stephens are  working under the supervision of Dr. Yuehan Lu.
