The University of Alabama published a piece on a recent book edited by Dr. Ibrahim Çemen. Read it here. The book, Neotectonics and Earthquake Potential of the Eastern Mediterranean Region, was published by Wiley and the American Geophysical Union and represents a compilation of many different teams addressing issues related to this dynamic area, including a chapter he co-wrote with fellow faculty member Dr. Rezene Mahatsente and Süleyman Alemdar, a recent alumnus.
